We have now added an alternative payment option that guarantees recorded delivery. If selecting this option then Pagan Productions will be responsible for missing parcels. If selecting the FREE POST option the parcel will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail, but if it goes missing the responsibility will be with the buyer and not us. We can always supply ’proof of posting’.
